Some of the people that we show with made a pair of brackets (one for the front and one for the back) that the chute sits on top of. It's basically a hotel cart then, one of the sets of wheels pivots and the other is just on a fixed axle. You can then throw all your stuff on your chute and wheel...
We bought a few this year to use as bedding, incase it got real wet. Thankfully we haven't had to use them though. I was told that cows would eat them, but like I said, we haven't used them yet. We only paid 20 a bale for them though. I would guestimate them around 1300 pounds.
