Club Calf bulls that work well on PB Angus cows?

Cut the BS summed it up pretty well! Here's a few more for you. Bojo, Hairy Bear and Point Taken. We actually have a cow that is bred to Point Taken. She's registered Angus and due in March. Also Copyright is another that will work well. He's purebred Angus but considered composite.

    Steer or Heifer?

I would recommend either Angus or Simmy to start with. That's just my IMO. Cost whys is just like everything else. The more you spend the better you get. A good Angus heifer in my area starts about 1100 and up. Do some talking to people in your area and see if there are any sales coming up...

    Simmental x Angus Question

I'm not a simmy person but I have seen cattle out of Dream On and his son Steel Force and really liked them. If I was going to go Simmy on our Angus I would go with either of them.

What is your 2012 bull lineup?

Nice line up of bulls. Your bulls look good! I really like the Baron bull. Would love to see pictures as he matures and DP looks great for his age. I'm impressed with how he's held together. We have 3 bulls line up to use on our small herd. One and Only more than likely on our 1 reg. Angus. I...

Bojo Heifer...What to breed to this spring?

I agree! If you are looking for something clubby from Angus The Answer is really good bull and is a calving ease bull. We had a calf out of him that was really good. Sound and solid all the way through. She did well showing too. I have been impressed with what I have seen out of him besides our...
