It's not a composite, it is a true breed.

Yes, a 900 lb. carcass is too big. They get docked not neccesarily at the slaughterhouse, but on the rail they would. The Grand carcass steer's hanging weight was 702 lbs.

Her sire is out of Blaque Rulon and her dam is out of EXLR New Generation. I know the pics are not the best, it was just getting dark when I rinsed her tonight.
