i just used them to touch up the tail head and a few other places because nobody was able to find me anything else, clippers, scissors, anything.  I ended up using them and the scissors on my leatherman

I actually just used some of those on a friends steer at our county fair yesterday, and i'm only 19.

I think that while you do need to look serious, you still have to smile some.  Judges like it when you enjoy what you are doing.  Also, sometimes when you get really serious you kind of stiffen up and don't look natural. 

I think by three he meant cow, bull and calf.

No problem.  I understand that some people do try to dump carriers on people but I have bought from these people before and the are very helpful.

Thank you for the replies.  They aren't trying to unload anything on an unsuspectong buyer.  I know which ones are and are not carriers.  Does anyone know anything about the JD Daigger bull?  The cow that is sired by him is one of the clean ones, but I don't know anything about the bull.

I have a chance to buy some angus cows sired by Future Direction, JD Daigger, Basin Max 602C, and White Oak Precise.  What kind of cows do these bulls normally produce?  Also, some of them are A.M. carriers.  Would that cause problems with registration and are bulls already tested so that it is...
