    Down cow -- comments appreciated

since you are in FL you probably know this better than I do, but I would suggest that it could well be a nutrition issue - you said that it had been a wet year and from folks that I have spoken to down there they tell me that even in normal years they need to ship their replacement heifers...

    New Australian Angus record

It might be a different market down there and more grass oriented but to me I am kind of like the other posters, just another fat little bull without much thickness.  What would they pay for an average SAV or Connealy Angus bull?  Now please don't tell me about what his EPDs are as I have seen...

Clubby Bull to add neck and frame size

    "easy doing" maine genetics?

Pistol Pete means probably excess white on many and not so great rib shape - females with poor teat and udder quality that don't last very long as long-term fertility is also an issue - there are many better options including Maine Break and Witch Doctor and Dr. Who - probably would be easier to...

How can I build a "squeeze" in my cattle allyway?

a very simple solution might be to just nail some boards on the inside of the lower boards to narrow the width for shorter, more narrow cattle and leave the upper width the same for mature cows - the thickness of the boards could be determined by your desired width at the bottom - essentially...
