We have a heifer who is very small in frame size so we were hoping to give her some size and growth while still having a low birthweight. So that's reason for debating on using him. But I also agree with your concerns which is our debate.

Final Update: Heifer calf born dead with vet help . Heifer is too small to deliver calves unassisted (according to vet) and he recommends that we ship her.
