Not to mention that all of these sales are seemingly connected anymore. Same people every weekend, same cattle (genetically), and same prices. Then when you do see sale reports they're all just buying from each other. There's no way with calf prices the last 2 years that even with the improved...

Eye Candy has a couple of calf crops on the ground and is a known quantity. Amen hasn't sired any calves yet. Time will tell but there is no answer to your question yet. Not sure how soon Amen got collected either, but either way we'll all have to wait and see.  

I always recommend you breed cattle to cattle. Works best that way.

How long does he want to rest him? If you want good collections resting him isn't a bad idea. How old is he?
