My dad said he watched a show on the national geographic channel about raising club calves in Texas,been looking all over the web trying to find it ,but no luck. Did anyone else see this or know where to find the episode?
If your dairy heifers were in a tie stall type barn that is very warm I would say go for it,i clip lots of cows in this scenario for barn tours,but as far as a freestall I would not as it is usually cooler even without the wind.Wait and see what the weather in March or April is.
I don't get why any of these guys even announce that they have cloned a bull?Why not just clone him ,keep it quiet,and sell the semen as the original at original prices? They keep telling us the clones breed like the original so whats the big deal?
I have a Gigolo Joe X Manchild heifer that I am showing this year,wondering about breeding her to Yesterday.Saw him in the catalogue,thought he looked good.Anyone have any ideas how that would or wouldn't work?
