    I agree with oakview. There are enough black cattle trying to imitate angus. Shorthorns don't need to go down that road imho as it is just a passing trend.     I believe that is correct also but not all milkers or beef shorthorns n amss get the N designation. That only occurs if all the pedigree is traceable to coates herdbook. Sorry should've clarified that better.

    (lol) nice. Native as in shorthorns that can be registered in either beef association ASA, or American Milking Shorthorn Society. Within AMSS they carry the N designation.

    Do you get manufacture suggested holding time from your xc 20? I have a CT 35-80 tank but am not pleased with its holding time seems to require too frequent recharging
