the original Cunia the embryos were made in 1996 the cow is a purbred angus that Mimms got from Olde's It is some old breeding but we were told the females work well with the heat wave genetics

The problem with window units is most only cool down to 60. Our room is 20x30 and we have 2 window units with 2 calves it stays right around 60 3 calves it goes up to 62. The reason I uses them is with 2 we have a back up and when something does go wrong with them it is quick and easy to replace.

We have used for a few years on steers and heifers and noticed the same as others with them not going off feed. We have also notice better heat cycle in the show heifers and easier to get them stuck AI the first time.
