I had one Dr. Who calf born in December out of a first calf maine heifer and he weighed 74 lbs unassisted. He is a really nice calf! A buddy of mine had a 115 lb Dr. Who out of a simmy heifer, but he fed her all the way through her gestation like a pet. I think that a big factor in heavy birth...
