I agree, savings rates suck but market was on a terror last year.  I think I was up somewhere around 25%, little slow this year, but could be turning a bit of a corner.

Is it me or have new trucks gotten really expensive.  The eco diesel ram decently equipped is 57k. 

I didn't know dodge had a half ton with a diesel.  I am going to have to check this out, seems right down my alley.

The ones I new that graduated from KSU where all 100+, unless they had parents footing the bill.  Vet work is tough and finding a good vet that works on large animals is worth their weight in gold.  There is a shortage of vets and most are going small animal where the money is better.

We like him a lot, clean, big boned, deep, sound, and colored.  Probably our favorite bull last year.

6 to 8 hours if I had something that would compete.  My guess that would bring quite a few people.

We are in western ks and DOT started requiring 3/4 and larger trucks to register through them for commercial vehicles.  These trucks are oil company trucks, but the guy I talked to thought it would apply to any commercial vehicle.  Is a farm llc company truck considered commercial?

That happens.  I did a small deposit to hold a steer I was purchasing.

Any problems with the 6.7.  The 6.0 diesel was a clunker.  Another reason for the 1/2 ton is to get by possible DOT registration that I think they might start imposing on 3/4 tons.

New vet is paying off the hefty student loan that he/she is now indebted to.  Really can't blame them, college tuition has gotten out of whack.  We got a new dentist and the same thing happened, he also had to buy the latest equipment.

Cattle like that become like family a kin to a having a pet.  Call me a softy, but I leave them out to pasture.

Anyone downsize from a diesel into the gas ecoboost from ford.  I pull 16' aluminum bumper pull trailer so I don't think trailer weight would be an issue.  Also new ford is supposed to be quite a bit lighter.
