He is a lot better tonight then he was in morning, he is almost fine and we gave him selenium and vitamins AD. We hope that wont hinder him later on because he is a really nice calf
What causes the back legs to not be strong enough to hold the calf. We had a calf last night and his legs are knuckling. We are going to put splints on them and seems to work well, but I dont understand why this happens.

We have had 4-5 sunseekers now. All unassisted and really good calves. The calves were very hairy, thick and lots of bone. We are taking two of them that were born last year to our county show in about a month and they have turned out great.
