With that many great ones in one show, I certainly think you MUST evaluate soundness and structure.  It's what sets apart a real good one from a great one in my opinion.

Use a piece of cardboard or paper to cover the white areas when you paint the black areas and vice versa.  This takes some practice to get that natural look, but it's the best way to paint one with colored up legs.

Wow I can't believe people actually pay $1500 or even $900 for a hay feeder.  I know they save hay, but that's a huge investment when you'd need 12-15 of them.

Just pondering some things today as I was checking cows.  I was wondering if you have a recip cow that is a genetic defect carrier and set an embryo in her, can the resulting calf recieve a genetic defect from the recipient cow?
