Thanks TMJ. We just spent 10 days traveling all over the state and what you have said is the same we found. Oregon is nice however the cost of living index is over 100 and Oklhoma high 70s to low 80s. Dollars go farther in Oklahoma and that is why we are planning on leaving Arizona in 10 years.

What are the good and bad things about both areas? We are looking to buy in one of the 2 areas to retire in 10 years. Thanks for any help.

we shot one on the wash rack nine days before the fair. He started out not feeling right and a week later the stones blocked his urinary track, the vet worked hard to save him but we didn't want to end up with a water belly. Keep a close eye on him and good luck.

Glad to here it. I am planning on breeding over half of my cows to him this year. I have seen lots of them in the fall and they look better than most of the heatwaves by percentages. I am sure alot of the HW's are something else.

OCC Next Step. They have a much better front than OCC Legend. I went of a recommendation last year to use Next Step and I am glad I did.

Believe it or not. I have a critter business where I live trap coons, skunks and squirrels. I charge $70 a Skunk, It it unbelieveable what I make a year from skunks. I live in a country club area and people are afraid of them. It really helps supplement or pays for my feed each year.

Anyone have plans for a Hoof Triming Table or know where I could get one. Thanks
