I am a thrid generation deere man but do to lack of service and equipment problems are buying a New holand round baler. It is 24 miles to the closest NH dealer and 1 mile to the deere dealer thats how bad it gotten.
we like to pull them off pasture and hold them off hay for 12-24 hrs while in heat then turn them back on grass hay after we bred them. An empty cows makes breeding easy.

I just got down setting an old cow up that was 3 weeks after calving she had a great heat will see friday if she has a CL to put an embryo in. My embryologist says you won"t hurt them.
