I have used Dream Catcher on Angus Cows and the calves are really sound and good feeders. Expect loose horns on some and white on face about 75% of the calves. Here is a pic of a Dream Catcher x Oscar 711. Reg SimAngus Heifer calf. David

I have a Dreamcatcher heifer that is the soggiest heifer I have ever seen. She is level from brisket to udder. I dont think he transmits a high flank I have used him for a couple of seasons and all his calves are balanced. David

Ok Thriller would get 46.88% Maine blood from Ali and he should get 12.5% Maine blood from his dam at the very least. Is he not registered at a higher percent because his dam is not registered? He should be 60% or more Maine.

I noticed Thriller is now reg. with the Maine Assoc as 50% Maine. Has the dam of Thriller changed? Is she not a Heat Wave daughter as first advertised?

I noticed his calves and him on BW. 16 of his calves are in the sell and it says that is 80% of his calf crop to date. He must make all his calves good.

Doug Satree has some of the best show cattle in the Country. He doesnt have 200 to 300 head to get his show prospects out of like the bigger Angus breeders but his small herd probably has contributed to more junior heifer winners in Texas than any other breeder over the past 10 years.

If you are wanting their fronts to be bigger than their rears I would go with Raven.

I saw him in April at REI. He didn't look like he had a hurt hip it looked like a pinched nerve in his neck. He was uncomfortable but still looked better than any of the other bulls. I was impressed with him.
