I have had 100% success 2 years in a row with the 7 day cidr protocol above. I feed Vitaferm protein tubs with concept aid throughout the winter and give a shot of Multimin 90 when installing the cidr.

We use Purina "Nicker Maker" horse treats from TSC.

I also got this March bull calf, pic is from last week. I cant decide if i like him or not? Will he grow into his legs? This is from the cow that throws huge calves. He was at least 100lbs. She laid down and delivered him unassisted on a cold nasty morning in March. He is a nice calf but maybe...

I ended up with 2 No Worries calves out of my Shorthorn cross cows this spring. I am very pleased with the heifer pictured below. She is a March calf pic is from May.

Where did the original "Chi" cattle get into the mix? When is the last time anybody used a fullblood Chianina to create a show calf? I have never seen anything in the showring that remotely resembles this...

I don't know if his dam is THC or not. The breeder said " its fairly common in Charolais X black". i was thinking the hair was from the Galloway.

Does anybody have experience with this bull? (Made Right X Heat Wave) I have an unregistered Hereford cow i want to try him on. She has delivered 2 calves unassisted (one Shorthorn, one Maine) her calves come small and she is a good momma'. Or am i best off to stay away from anything Heat Wave...

I put the minimum bid ($1500.) on a couple heifers last week on CW sales toward the end of the sale. Ten minutes after i bid i got notified that someone had out bid me. I looked the next morning and it listed them both sold for $1600.00. I found this very suspect.
