Breeding a carrier to a carrier will give a 25% chance of a dead calf correct? Or is this wrong?

No all the answers were great and what I was looking for. I was asking about 2 straws of the same bull just if they were putting 2 in at the same time or waiting and putting the 2nd in hours later. Thanks for all the replies

Anybody ever stick 2 straws in a cows when breeding. I know multiple are used when flushing a cow just didn't know if anyone had tried it when just breeding.

Has any experimented or use volumnizer products for people on their show calves before? Heard some people talking about it and wondering how well it actually works.

Thanks for the replies. I'm weaning calves a bit early. 1st week of January calves to get them ready for a July show as feeder calves. Just wondering if it will help me get rid of that greener look soon enough by second week of July.

sent you a pm regarding your feed mix. Just was wondering if you would still feed it to your show cattle today or would you go with a different mix now. I will be feeding weaned calves. Already have a quote on you mix posted on the site.

Was curious about bw's on his calves.I have some medium framed cows would like to try him on and wondered if I could safely ?

The color of the calf will not change the percentages from 50% to 75%.

Not a fan of he bigger bw's but I do have 4 cows with similar breeding as you heifer. Are you happy enough to use him again?

I'm up in Ohio and got by without one as a kid but now with my own place and maybe selling a few show calves a year wasn't sure if I should put one in or not. I'm sure I'll be having kids eventually that'll be showing.

Anybody have any or seen any?
