    MTG

I've used the stuff every since Brad and Julie turned me on to it. I like it in the fall when the hair is just starting to come in good. I just fog a little, (note: a little) on them before I kick them out. It is an oil base so watch it in the hot and sun or it will be counter-productive. It...

    Winter show - clipping question

Ha! Being an old blind fart anymore is no fun but dicovering the 5/8 blades have been great. Really great for those lesser broke cattle that don't yet want to stand or those spoiled show heifers that know just what they are doing. Of course, I guess we all could just ace them down but we say no...

    Lowline sale this week-end!

I went to the Bar J Ranch Lowline sale this past Saturday not knowing what to expect as far as the cattle went. This is maybe the largest group of Full Blood Lowlines to sell at any one time here in the USA. I kinda had it pictured that I would see a bunch of bad uddered, slick haired, skinny...

    LN supplier

I take care of my own tank and just run it out to KABSU when I need it filled. Not sure just how far Manhattan is for you. Sometimes not the most handy but I know where my LN level is all the time.

    Lowline X Clubby genetics

Champion Percentage Lowline female at the 2010 Iowa State Fair Jr. Show and Reserve in the Open show is a 5 frame. She is out of a Who Made Who daughter of average frame. Seems to me when you get to looking at Lowline genetics you can find some larger framed ones and then some of the tiny ones...

    Lowline X Clubby genetics

I spent 3 years down under and I think we could get to comparing apples and oranges on this tread if you want. Mark, let me know when you get them on the ground. All I know is that the 3 Utah X Who Made Whos we have here are not in any way small and the cows are of just average size and nice...

    Slick vs Hair shows

IMO only! There is no such thing as leveling the playing field. Life is not fair. The tough and hard workers will be succesful and the lazy ones will not. (argue)
