    SHERIFF TAYLOR

I have one heifer that is sired by him. She has plenty of style and neck and so far no complaints. She is bred to thunder and due to calve in February. I'll let you know how that turns out.

    Stupid Fair Rules.

take the saddle soap trick and run with it

    Neck Sweats

This won't work on calves that have a lot of extra throat, it just doesn't stay in place well enough

    How many breeds are there?

In Idaho brahman  have a hard time with the winters. We do have a few brangus cows that winter alright, but not like the shaggy maine anjous.

    Ear tag information

Yeah for those you just pull them up onto the four wheeler with you and take off, then you go to the other end of the field tag them and then return them.

    Ear tag information

I just give them the same number as there mom, but the number of the month on it and write the sire on the back. I right down exact dob and notes on each calf in my records after that though. Tagging isn't really hard at all, you'll be fine.

    snotty nose

well that makes me feel a whole lot better  (lol). They're both so expensive you just close your eyes and sign your life away each time you have to go to the clinic to get a new bottle

    angus steer!

If I had 300 clones of him at 500 lbs I could stick them in the feedlot and never work another day in my life after they were gone. That should tell you what kind of a calf he is

Good market calf, but to be a show calf he needs a ton more bone and his sheath needs to be cleaned up.

    N/C 4 wheeler v. utv

The kawasaki is less than industrial grade at best, so rough around the edges and not very reliable. I would go with a kubota rtv900 over the mule. The worst part about them is they overheat all the time. Thats my expierence with the two we had. The kubota is fairly decent, but the u joint...

    N/C 4 wheeler v. utv

Get a four wheeler, you can use a pickup for everything else that you would need a bed or to haul something. Can am makes an excellent atv; my outlander 800 will do 85 without breaking a sweat, but for most people the honda rancher is a really good choice.
