He is selling 250 straws this sale.  Several 10 straw lots and a few 5.  Got some at last years sale for $75/straw.

I have a small herd and can not decide whether to use some TH Carrier bulls on my PB Angus cows.  Has anyone had any bad luck with the TH? How often can it be expected to occur?  Any opinions would be helpful.

I agree,  the Sept. Maybe the Dec., You may get the Jan to 1200#, but more than likely he will not finish real well.

The black baldy calf is a steer, I am not sure exaclty what lot he is in the sale, but he is all there.  I am not going to be able to make it to the sale either but have a couple of parents going.  Give Eric a call 903-654-1806.  He can give you all the info.

Keeping you cattle rinsed is the key to having good hair on cattle in Texas, if, you don't have a cooler or fans with a mister system.  We feed some of the Shag product and really could not tell the difference.  Like stangs13, nothing replaces good hard labor.
