UPDATE.................................Today I got her up and did a closer inspection.  It turns out that that about 3-4 inches below her ear and just behind her jaw bone there is an opening about 3 inches long.  You can see right down in there.  Plus there are about a half a dozen "boil like"...

last week i gave her some ivomec plus under the skin but that was back behind her front leg in the rib cage area.  i wonder if the ivomec plus is getting rid of some worms or something.  that is why i gave the the ivomec because she looked real wormy.

Anyone ever seen yellow / greenish puss come out of the side of a cows neck?  I went down to check one a while ago and this icky stuff was oozing out of her neck and was wondering what it was.

If you find one look it over good and make sure it doesn't have any obvious holes.  I have a friend that bought a used tank, filled it up and found out the hard way it had a leak after it was full of semen.

Great point....getting a camera with a 3CCD chip is a must. I don't want to get into a MAC vs. Windows here but as a user of both systems MAC is much more suited to work with video than Windows. Most of all have fun with it no matter what you get.
