We have purebred Hereford's that we also breed to club calves. First picture is a calf (now a cow) out of a purebred Herf. Her sire was Kadabra. Second is her now. Third is another calf out of a different purebred Herf. Her sire was Cowboy Cut.

New year, new steer, but I need a new set-up. We've decided to move our calves closer to our house, but we need help with barn set-up ideas So how everyone's barns set up? With stalls and turnout pens?

Well, in Southern Ohio all last week it was extremely hot. I think the highest it got was 98. And felt like 100+. It was miserable, espically when one of our big fans stopped working, I was rinsing calves all day.
