Also ment to say that we live in Georgia, we by our feed from Godfrey's. We talked with them bout a universal feed, but the main use being the show calves and the feed mix I posted was the last 4 tons we had shipped if that helps you out any.

No we aren't holding we are feeding them what they will clean up. Right now they are cleaning up 60lbs per day.

Ok that's what we are doing to ours as well. We are feeding 2 bags two times a week I just wanted to make sure I'm not cheating my cows. The good thing is we don't have calves pulling on them right now so that's helping them too.
