Because there are not enough people breeding that type of growthy, soft made cow to those bulls....that type of mating flat works for x-breds
Do a 7-day co-synch with a CIDR, day 0 put in CIDR and gnrh, day 7 pull CIDR and give Lut. After you pull CIDR and give Lut watch for heat. If no heat then breed 72 hours after you pulled CIDR and give gnrh again at time of breeding
I like the Bush's Unbelievable bull and he will work on low-moderate BW heifers but I would stay away from him on any clubby type heifers....(HW). I would stick with SAV Brilliance, he is consistant and typically calves will comeout decent.
I've got no interst in shorties and don't own a one but Mark Copus, (part owner), does not buy in on bad bulls...and the Farrer Fam are good livestock breeders so take it for what's its worth.
