That was my original thought as well.  My concern was that both Dirty Hairy and Thriller are sired by Ali.    I have always tried to use bulls that had completely different bloodlines than the cows.  Is that too much of one bull in the pedigree?

Has anyone used this bull? I know calves would just now be hitting the ground but would love to hear about the calves.

I would like some suggestions for going both ways.

Trying to figure out what to breed my Dirty Hairy heifer to this spring for her second calf.  She should calve any day with a Northern Improvement calf.  Any ideas??
