We have also found if they are eating dirt we put out diatomaceous earth in the Calf shelter.  They seem to like it.  Most of them have white noses when they come out of the calf shelter.

In Saskatchewan it has been one of the snowiest and coldest winters on record.  Even the cattle are showing it. She is a Smilin Bob x Waznt Me.

Should be able to tell you in a month or two we bred some of our Monopoly cows and other TH carriers to him.

My parents were cleaning out old pictures and they found this one.  It was a polled shorthorn bull that my Grandfather bought to Canada from Carnation farms in Washington state.  We can not remember any of his pedigree or his name.  I do not know if Carnation farms still exist.  My Dad remembers...

I liked that Steer also it was the steer from Flint Newman of Stanton, TX.  Does anyone know what he was out of?

Attached is the Preliminary Listing of the Calves entered at Agribition.  Looks like they had lots of interest with 70 steers and 34 heifers entered.  I know that not all will show up but I sure hope we have lots of buyers.

When you look at who has been bidding at an On line sale why do people bid 2 to 3 times in a row?  Is that the auction company taking bids from people that are not signed up?
