I have access to some of this semen. I know that in the past there have been some powerful females produced out of Angus cows. I think I know the type of cow it would take to make these Heifers and basically that would be a powerful big ribbed big middle cow (a good one). With that being said...

I saw on Matt Lautner's Blog last night that he is running a "early bird" promotion and Monopoly 2 is listed. The price is listed as "ASK" so I assume that there is still a limited amt. of semen and it may be a little pricy.

Had a couple of straws in the tank and got 2 heifer calves last Sept. We are breaking them now and both are really good. I don't see him advertised any more. Has he just stopped producing and the semen supply depleted or is there another reason? All I see now is 4 and 5 and the original.

I don't know; I really liked the bulls picture and loved his breeding. I was excited about using him because he was promoted as a sounder version of his sire and that really appealed to me.

I tried to get semen on him back in the Fall and was told that he had to be put down and the owners were retaining all of the semen. Don't know if any got used last spring.

Not me, too many good options out there! I had a negative experience about 4 years ago that caused me to make a change. I have no regrets and have been very happy with the"relationship" I have with my current semen provider. He always has time for me.

You didn't ask but, he will work on a variety of cow types but he is the best in my opinion at taking plainer made cows and making the offspring pretty and adding considerable extension in the front 1/3. We have had several the last couple of years. We are in the south and calve in the Fall and that will make a little difference in birth weights. We have never had a problem. Never had one over 100 pounds. Most are in the 80 to 90 pound range. We have only bred him to mature cows in the past but...
