I have an old red & black steel Sullivan cattle chute that I am looking to sell.  It is well used, and the bottom floor bars are rusted, but its still very strong and  has all its pieces.  Any ideas on what that may be worth?  Thanks.

Here are a few lots that I paid attention to: Lot 2    5500 Lot 2a  2600 Lot 9    5500 Lot 9a  2000 Lot 21  3100 Lot 10  4800 Lot 10a 5500 There were quite a few other in between there that sold between 1400 and 2000.  I was only there for the first 30 lots or so.

Well, you missed out then, everything sold very reasonable.  They sold way less than expected, that is my opinion.  I wrote down a few lots if interested.

When evaluating simmi show heifers (purebred), how much is too much brisket?  Does it matter if she is put together nicely from brisket on back?  Let me know what I should be looking for.

After the feedback from a previous post of mine, I will be in the market for a Simmi bred heifer/young cow this fall.  I am looking for suggestions on what sales I need to attend?  I know there might be some of you suggesting the Foundation Female Sale, but I won't be able to buy on that...

How many steers did they have.  I could not attend, but heard exactly the opposite as far as quality.

What if that spring heifer is currently out to pasture, and I need to let him know if I want her before Sept.  If I dont take her, she most likely will run through a Simm-Angus sale this winter in Iowa.  Dont have to worry about fluffy hair right now since she has shucked it all.  Thanks.
