Our fat steer only wants to eat hay now, not much grain.  He will eat all the hay you give him, so it's not like he's not eating, would just like to see him gain

Does anyone leave there calves in the cooler 24/7 except for walking and washing?  What would be the downside or any problems?  With the heat here in SE OK, it's still 90 at 10:00 at night and the humidity is extreme.

What do you think.  He weighed 1185 last week.  Our county fair is the first week in Sept and then on to Tulsa.

We must own his sister.  We are to the point of using the hot shot.  She's fine as long as she knows you have it, but my daughter will never be able to use a yellow show stick, lol.  She is super good temperment, just stubborn as a mule when it comes to being walked or led. 

There is no official weigh in at Tulsa?  We just declare our weight and are subject to a 5% weighback?
