These questions are just out of curiosity, but why don' t you see many show cattle with horns anymore? Actually the only show cattle that I have ever seen with horns are the horned herefords. Is is mostly because the animal looks better or is it for safety reasons or both. I was told for the...
What's the price on the AoD heifer, what age is she. If you can please PM me or you can E-mail me at [email protected]. Also do you have any pictures? Thanks!
Here is our one and only fall calf that my dad and I are very excited about. I think that he should turn out pretty nice. He's an Eldorado out a Durango cow. He also made us wait two extra weeks for him. Heres this is the best picture i could get of him he's not standing very good though.
A really good cow of mine is a vortec. I have seen some really good ones but I have also seen so bad ones but you will have that every now and then just depends on the breeding. Stumpy that heifer is flat out awesome. Usually when I think of a vortec heifer right off the top of my head for some...

Personally I like the roans, specifically strawberry roans and blue roans, but as long as its read and white i don't really care. I do however have a soft spot for those fancy blaze faced Simis, black or red. ;D
Personally I have never used him but I do know people that have and from what I have been told he isn't really calving ease meaning i wouldn't use him on heifers but I think one guy told me he had a 85 lb calf born. Some of his calves I have seen sure are nice though.
I have done prepared public speaking for the past two years I FFA and I love it, but this year will be my last :'(. A couple excellent topics for this contest would Organic Farming vs. Non-Organic Farming or about the importance of Ag-Education in schools. Just some I ideas if i think of anymore...
She finally had her calf (clapping) <rock> <band> . I don't know what it is yet but Im just happy that she had it all by herself with no problems. I wont be able to tell what is is until morning because the cow is really mean when her calf is new and I cat get close enough, I would guess it...
Here are a couple pictures of my bull calf that was born back in June. He is out of Sin City and a K-Kim Oketo cow. I posted his picture back in July I think, but he has grown a lot since then. I just want to see what everyone thought of him. What I want to know most is if he is good enough to...
