There are alot of good herefords out there. You can be very successful with them, whether you keep them purebred or use them in a crossbreeding program. If your dealing with the show world and want to be successful in a supreme champion drive a good hereford heifer can go out and compete.

I've shown there the past 9 years but this is my first time in the yards. I'm really excited as well

How many people are going to be showing in the yards? What will you be showing?

We have a steer with really bad dandruff. He gets washed about 3 times a week. Any other suggestions?

He probably wont meet height requirements for national miniature Hereford shows. As far as your sheep comments I'm not sure if your trying to bash minis..If you are we have our reasons for raising them

I know color is becoming increasingly popular in the steer world, but are they winning? I know every show around my area including all the majors black is still the only way to win. Just curious if the are making an impact anywhere.

An average Mini is about a frame 0 some 00 and 000. I only deal with pure bred mini's so her being bred to red rock I'm not sure what she will be worth. But I'm assuming the cow isn't a frame score 0 shes probably a 1 maybe 2. I think that she will probably survive calving.

They usually use Adams County Fairgrounds for stalling ahead of time, but it is something that you have to go through NWSS for.

How many teeth do they have? Top and bottom? How many can you see with out completely Opening the mouth?
