Legal Advice/Suggestions - Me vs Big Oil

The problem is, where I am, there is not a known aquifer/water basin below us, the nearest one is 8 miles east (not one of any significant size anyway that is recognized by the department). So in my estimation, they are just drilling the 45-60 foot to the water table. I find it hard to believe...

Legal Advice/Suggestions - Me vs Big Oil

I think the real tradegy is using/contaminating our fresh water while the technology exists to use other fluids. I'm no tree hugger, and profit professionally from drilling, but it's naive to think we are not causing significant damage to our ecosystem in the process. But hey, let's worry about...

Legal Advice/Suggestions - Me vs Big Oil

Ok, I have a question for my legal professional friends here. I live in rural Oklahoma. We only have a water well, no access to rural water now or in the foreseeable future. An energy company has proceeded to build a giant pond/hole. 1,000 ft long and 250' wide, still going down so I don't...

    Me vs. Trausch Farms

It would be naive to assume this behavior ended July 1st, with new management. I am aware of a current situation, involving the current management that is very similar.

Trausch, Jason Holder, Kim Mcnatt vrs me, please comment

I'm confused. Unless this was supposed to read that your employment "ended" on July 1, 2014?

    Me vs. Trausch Farms

This is something that I learned in my past job, we received several bogus checks a year. The DA should prosecute all bogus checks for you, however there are a couple things that you can do to help. When you get a check, ask to see their drivers license. Make sure that the addresses match...

    Opinions on Phildon Get Serious

We have bred several cows to Get Serious. He is not a "calving ease" bull, and I would not breed him to a small/moderate framed cow or anything younger than a 4 year old. Calves are good. Thick, hairy, and sound. Here is a couple pictures of a heifer out of him.

what are some thoughts about this steer

Yeah, I think that would definitely help. Also, an old family friend of ours told me once to elevate their feed bucket. Get something like a 12x4 piece of wood(something thick enough to make a difference) that's several feet long, put that on the ground underneath whatever you rig up to feed him...

what are some thoughts about this steer

My opinion, I like several things about him, he looks good from a profile, seems to have great hair, very adequate bone, pretty unique color that I really like. He looks a little bullish to me, like maybe he was cut really late? I would like him to be cleaner up front and extend his neck a bit...

    New addition to show string

I like her Will! She really looks good, I agree she is fairly deep bodied for a young calf. I assume she has quite a bit of hair up front which from the angle makes her look a bit heavy fronted? She looks like a keeper! Well done. Kicking myself about not ordering up on Delco....
