I would defiantly recommend Ft Worth, its a great show with fitting like everyone's mentioned. Ft Worth also has tons of history in the stockyards and is an awsome place to go my favorite show for sure.

Just be sure to get the calf extremly clean before the show becuase if they do the white towel  test and you use a little bit of pink or anything you can towel out because of the dust or dirt
