Yeah we handled it at the feed mill i worked at in college. sold quite a bit to horse people. i assume it would work similarly to any other energy supplement, but i think it is formulated for horses so check the label before you feed it to cattle

Actually it's not a shampoo. It's a Purina product designed for horses, but is basically the same as any energy pellet, high fat, low protein.  I have never used the product but just thought i would clear that up ;)

Well the big thing for me is that Indy is about 2 and a half hours away, it's at least 8 hours to WI, and i'm at least as far from Ohio as I am Indy.  As far as the money, I don't expect to go to a show and make money, but an extra hundred in entry fees and bein able to stay at a friend's house...

Sunseeker is a red carrier - found this out myself (red calf out of a black cow that i didn't think was a carrier!) - but heat wave is a red carrier also. just food for thought!

just kinda depends on the year and the crowd.  the last couple years cattle have sold pretty decent but i've seen em sell low too.  i wasn't there last year but the two years before that anything with some quality and a nice look sold pretty well
