Their sale magazine says that tag 1 is a Northern Improvement X Doctor Who/Macho heifer but that she's bred to Doctor Who? Why would you breed a heifer back to a bull that is that close in her genetics?

I think in the cattle world hats should not be worn in the show ring by exhibitors. They hide the showmans face and are a distraction to the judge. They take the judges eyes away from what they should be judging, the cattle, and focus them on the hat which there is no need for. Also many calves...

Ive gone to this show the past 2 years and it is usually the second weekend in December... usually like the 10-12. Anyone under the age of 21 can show as long as they live in Michigan and are in 4-H or FFA and any breed of cattle can be shown. There are usually about 800-1000 head that are shown...
