    Cattle transport

Hauled livestock over the road for many years,  just to answer a few questions asked,  yes you need health papers,  brand papers out west and yes you must stop at all ports of enrty / weigh stations. As far as rates go they can either go by the mile or by weight. Every time I've loaded out west...

DW Foundation. An RR Wharehouse son with Bon View Bando on the mommas side. He's a three quarter Baldy with outcross genetics ! It would be nice to see a mature picture of him though!

    Heifer Twin

I cant recall exactly but i believe its around a ten percent chance she may be fertile. As far as testing goes i know the sleeve method works once she's older. Should know right away if the parts are in there or not !

I agree Gargan ! Crossbreds are mongrels now to some i guess , WOW thats a load of crap!!! To each their own,  everyone has different opinions and i believe the original poster wanted some bull suggestions not criticism of their breeding ideas!!!

    simsolution bull

My two cents is they want what they want! I would see nothing wrong with using a percentage bull in this case. I can sure say that my percentage simmys flat out perform better than my purebreds,  hands down!  I really like the look of that Real Steel bull, id suggest looking more into that one.

Blaze face Simmy Cow A.I. 'ed to Fat Butt *Pics Up*

By low headed i mean exactly that,  you can kinda see it in her calf picture. She never carried herself decent at all,  head always low. I hate to say it but she was the poorest calf this cow has ever had,  big let down for me. Maybe im too critical but i wasnt gonna keep her back.

Blaze face Simmy Cow A.I. 'ed to Fat Butt *Pics Up*

No i let her go at around 700 lbs. She had the bone and was also great on her feet with good hair,  but she was so low headed and i didnt care for her. I've seen others by him kinda the same way.

first set of twins this year

Sounds like your cow is plenty big enough and if she milks really well,  let her raise them ! Seems most people will say to pull one calf but why?  Not every cow can raise a pair , but a good cow sure can !

    BC Marathon calves

I agree with majority,  they seem to be a bit of a pain. I have a halfblood Marathon heifer that is real edgey and it gets worse when she's alone. She will calve soon here with her first,  im sure I'm in for a real treat!

The worse part of the business

I hear you loud and clear!  My best cow raised the best set of twin simmy bull calves this year in a complete drought,  then came in open. I guess ill always remember her though,  most cows this year didnt bring in one big calf , let alone two of them!
