    TB cow in Nebraska

    There was a quarenteen for our calves that just came back from texas about 3 weeks ago. They are fine now though. I am not positive what it was for. But the inspector that came out said that something was found in a Dairy herd in Texas.

    I think you would probably get a smoke colored calf because of the Charolais influence. I have had a Charolais cross bull on a Black Angus cow and it was a smoke color. But if you bred to a Red Angus it will most likely come out like a cream sickle color!

    Mine is cleaning/stripping down stalls and then putting the bedding and stuff back down.  I really don't have a problem with rats because we have a bunch of rat traps and when we see one we kill it. in the past two or so years I havn't seen as many around my place

    No The cattle we took have to be quarantined for a little while because the inspector said that there is something going on with the cattle in Texas. So we cant take them anywhere for a month or so. I wish we could tho.
