i started helping a girl last year with her first calf and i will never forget the experiance. she now is on to her second steer and showing like a pro. she does it all on her own and her mom cannot get her out of the steer pen!  :D  but when i was helping her last year i didn't worry to much on...

i use a sullivans blower. i've had it for 7 years now and the motor finally blew up the other day and had to be replaced. due to not changing the air filter enough ::)

i have a simmiX wmw bull calf[for now] grey smokie color. loads of hair and a ton of bone. i'm in florida though. he was born in late jan. im in florida pm me for more info!

i am looking for some resonably price heifers that could further my herd. i am looking for maine X or possibly shorthorns. right now i have only 3 i am keeping and selling the other 4. i would also like to show these calves too. any in florida would be a plus!! thanks

i'd like to see her front end cleaned up and see her with more length in her neck. other than that she looks to be a good heifer and should throw some pretty deep calves!

i did this once with my mother[whos a hairdresser] and we used womens hair dye. i don't recomend it.[we were black when we got done] everyone else around here uses that black velvet or color young 2.

i had my maine tainer heifer bred to dr who. the calf placed 4th over all at our county fair and won the lee county bred steer class. but at 1088lbs he was totally finished.

any of these bulls are gonna give you enough muscle. my first pick is rajin cajun then chopper and then homebrew. i like rajins style better than homebrews. and if you want hair idk if you'd want to use chopper he's a pb simmi and he might not throw much hair. jmo.

i have been to 5 of them. they are amazing. and a ton of fun. you learn so much and he has new products every year too. it's all hands on and he will help you with what you need. i met alot of new people there and learned so much and i sitll use it all today!!
