I am taking my two steers to NWSS and I live a little over an hour away, is there any feeding tricks to help them keep eating at the show because I don't want this to ruin their schedule for finishing for the county fair. Any tips would be great!

I wouldn't use him on a first time heifer but he throws awesome big bodied more moderate framed calves with a ton of potential! Ive got a calf out of him im taking to stock show and the county fair (which he will prolly win!)

And when should i start feeding this right when i get my steers till fair or when they go off feed till fair???

Well i will definetly be putting th elbow grease into these calves... I usually wash them as much as possible and brush them for at least and hour a day to stimulate hair growth is there any other simple little trick like brushing that will help air growth besies the usual fans ???

im in colorado... and i am feeding him 3 times a day early morning when its cool a lunch feeding and late at night around like 10 or 11 and i have 2 fans and a swamp cooler but im just not sure what else to do with him...:/ and i just fed him probios paste
