Steer Jockey Hate to be the one to tell you this but I put on the Poorboy show that heifer was not reserve she was beat in class.  Didn't get a chance to get into the line up.  Sorry for who ever told you the wrong info. 

We feed a long with our regulare feed.  Heifers love it.  Sometime at shows calves don't eat but they do eat the winning fill Keep stored in a cool dry place will help with longivity. 

It is not just the women who don't understand the cattle industry.  Every guy I date has a problem with me working outside to much.  Or being late for a date becasue there was a sick calf or a cow having a calf.  It is just part of it and they need to either get over it or go away

She has several good shows and what I like she will cook with beef as much as possible.  (clapping)

Both are good feeds it is just a matter of what your calf will eat.  I have some calves that like the Acco better and some that will only eat the show chow.  Good luck.

I need help with designing a clipping room.  Not sure how big I need this room to be.  I want to be able to put two chutes in the room.  I know that I will need to have lots of lights but what type of lighting is the best?    Open for  Any suggestions  Thanks 

A student of mine had a heatwave heifer that just had a Dirty Harry bull calf.  We pulled it but only because a bad storm with hail was coming in and they didn't have a barn to put her in.  Calf is now two weeks old looks good.  Excited to see what he turns out like.  He weighted about 75...

I have seen Patton. and used him on my angus cows. Nice bull heifers are really nice.  Look foward to my cows calves this year!

I have a couple of calves that have rain rot.  What is the best way to treat this?
