A few of you asked for more pictures.  Hopefully these are a little better quality as well.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Big hipped, super hairy, and sound.  He was born May 22nd and has been weaned for about 2 weeks so he's still pretty green.  He is easy to work with and should be very competative wherever he ends up.  Located in southern MN.

I walked through the cattle the day before the sale and was impressed.  I heard lot 2 topped the sale at $22,000.  I don't know any other prices but heard it was pretty consistant with a lot of cattle falling in the $3,000 to $5,000 range.

We went and my little brother had Champion Catch-A-Calf.  Our heifers were both fourth in big classes.  All in all it was a fun show!

Just a word of caution....make sure you are aware of the rules/regs before you start bringing cattle back and forth across the MN/WI.   It's a pain in the butt....

I got one of our embryo calves in and clipped a little bit on it tonight.  She's just an April heifer and is still pretty green.  What do you guys think?

I looked at Tadpole's calves yesterday and was very impressed.  The whole group of calves are quiet and high quality.  The My Turn heifer is flat good....too bad she's a free martin, but she would be fun to drag around as a market heifer!  If your in the area it would be worth a stop to check...

She is a 3/8 Maine OCC Legend X Swoosh that was born in April.  The first picture is of her after she was roughed out and the second picture is of her mother.  We are located in Southern Minnesota.   The heifer is now sold.  Thanks for your interest.

There was a whole case of something peach dressing in the storage room.  It smelled nice....if that counts for anything.

I was at a little small town western store today and ran upon some interesting old school cattle supplies.  The older man that owned the store took me to the back room and showed me his "Purple Reign" show supply line.  He had glycerin bars, show wax, purple oil, etc cases upon cases of old...

We actually raised her.  She's an 8 year old cow.

I took some pictures of a 3/4 Maine cow in the pasture.  She is a Swoosh X Cigar.  Any opinions? 

Has anyone had any luck with feed additives to aide soundness?  Keep Um Sound, Sound Advantage?? How about any other products?
