Opinions on County Steer..(The good & Bad)

;D  She did win Grand Champion Steer in Wharton last year.  That is the steer in my avatar.  We do not have any rules stating that you can not show the same kind of animal the next year if you did get Grand.  I think that is a good rule to have, but it just does not apply for our county.  She...

Sorry that you are going through this.  This is very frustrating I know, we have had a steer this year do the same thing.  It is a hard one to understand when they act normal in every other way, but will not eat or finish up their grain.  Where are you from, because we got ours to Dr. Gary...

    Results of Tusa's sale

<party>  We ended up buying the Red Angus that he had in the sale, his picture is on the home  page of Steerplanet.  My daughter and I had been out there the week before the sale and got to look them over pretty good.  I went a little over than what my hubby told me to bid, but I am very happy...

    earthquakes

<alien>   Oh yeah, I am getting a little worried.  Seems like there is a new one every day.  Turkey was the last one and Texas starts with a "T", so I am thinking about it!! I think I would die from a heart attack before I died from any bodily damage if one was to happen!

San Angelo Stock Show / Star Of Texas

She is an October 2008 heifer, she would actually show better as a steer!!  She is all power but lacking in the femininity department.  She is a Sunseeker heifer, registered as a Chi-Maine.

;D  Finally we can actually meet each other.  We will be in Austin with Shelby's Chi heifer March 25-26 so she will be showing ORB I think, I don't think they have a Chi class.  She shows at Houston the week before that, should be an interesting couple of weeks.  Have a great day!!!!

Showmaster grower or developer for heifers

We use the developer because of the fiber content in it.  Just started adding some corn and barley to it though.

(thumbsup)  A few weeks back someone said to try "Blue Star Ointment", you can find it at any drugstore.  I applied it two days in a row and that is all that is took.  The hair is already coming back!  Thanks to whoever suggested this stuff...it is a miracle worker!!
