She will be on a bottle until weaning time.  Mama was a first calf heifer so has lost interest and started to dry up.  The calf still wouldn't be able to reach the teats.  Plus....she is so spoiled now I don't think she would survive in the "wild."  (lol)

Just wanted to post an update.  Little Cinnamon has made it to Day 18 and weighs 42 pounds.......

So far so good.  She continues to eat well with normal feces.  So far no breathing issues.  Will update pictures soon.

She can not reach the cows teats but takes the bottle well.  She is out of the house in the garage under a heat lamp.  We are making progress.  Definately a Crimson Tide fan as well (clapping)

We had a Crimson Tide Heifer Calf (out of a heifer) born 6 weeks early in the zero degree Wisconsin weather.  The calf weighs 28 pounds.  We brought her in the guest bathroom and submerged her in warm water to raise her body temp.  Then got her dry and to our surprise she nursed a human baby...

April heifer. (Pictures taken in October at weaning). Nothing fancy, but very easy keeper.  

When I had some class winners for sale that was one of the first questions most potential customers asked "How many were in the class?"  Seems like a logical/simple question to ask if it is your concern.

I have the Fitters Force.  I like it.  It is nice for my 9 Year Old to use.  My buddy used it a couple times and says the end of the hose is too heavy but I do not think so.

I have the Sullivan Half Chute and the All Alum Equip Half Chute and the All Alum Equip is holding up much better for me. Also have the Blower Cart and Fan Cage from them. High Quality in my opinion.
