Picasso was the best PB Meyer son until Macho came out and stole his thunder. Macho being an ABS bull got him promoted more I think and gave him a better chance to succeed. However Macho is probably more consistent and polled as an added bonus.

I'd keep feeding her just like you have been with all the hay she can eat, then bump her finisher/full control down to about 20 lbs/day and feed her like that until she calves.

I don't think anyone has ever got rich selling embryos, but you can improve your cowherd by flushing your best cow and keeping the best heifers to improve your herd. While it isn't cheap to do ET, it's cheaper than buying high dollar open heifers that might turn out to be good cows or not.

I don't get too worried about my Simmentals milk EPDs. The breed as a whole milks plenty good and when mated to other beef  breeds they will always add milk in my opinion
