I have never had a Holstein Show Heifer before and I am picking her up tomorrow...What should I feed her since they are a little different than "beef" heifers?

I am just curious because this is something I have wanted to do for the past couple years...but how do I apply for a "job" like this? Who would I talk to..to apply for this job? With out doing it through my own "business?" because, I do not do semen sales here.. Any help?

I rough clipped her now but I don't know how to keep hair on her with out whacking it all of then making her appear as a breeding heifer.

Looking for a decent priced fitter for ohio county open show in rising sun, in...need to make a market heifer look like a breeding heifer, have all the adhesives and have Andis Light Speeds with super blocking, medium blending and T-84's. I have never had to clip or fit a heifer this way, so...

So I have always had breeding heifers and I know how to make them look like a market heifer, but I can't make a market heifer look like a breeding heifer...any advice? I don't want to clip her wrong and make her look stupid.

What do ya think? She is out of a first time Simmental Heifer. Yes I know her halter is to big, we placed an order for a smaller halter and I am also aware that it is brown lol

We will be attending a show that is about 6 1/2 hours away...What are some tips? This is our first long haul, we are going down the night before so it's not to hectic. Do we leave them tied? And every say 2 hours get them out and walk them and get them some water? We are taking our own water...
