    Heifers- Not sure on 1st and 5th, but Reserve is Megan Hunt, 3rd Hannah Winegardner and 4th Lauren Grimes.  All from Ohio.  The judge must have been a Simmital Breeder!

    No ownership here.  My point was you said he had no muscle and I was just pointing out that he must have enough muscle at this stage in the game for the judges to be using him.  It is hard to find a better calf ont he profile.  He is cocky!

    The Grand steer is out of Friction.  I am not sure about Vicklands but I think it was the brocle face one that was Reserve Champion in Denver. I am pretty sure Clark's that was third overall is a Heat Wave.

    Hoosier Beef Congress

    The Streitmatter's have a nice heifer that will be there.  She won the heifer show in Ring B of the Heart of it All show in Lima, Ohio this past weekend.  They also had a Shorthorn heifer that was pretty nice.

    Steer show:  The Champion and reserve where the same in both rings.  Champion - Tyler Heintz (?sp) Crossbred (Monopoly) Reserve- Ryan McIntosh - Chi (Friction) Im thinking but not 100% sure that ring A went 3rd Martins, I think Klehm and Vicklands were in there for 4th and 5th but not sure...

    monopoly semen

    I know the Reserve Champion from the Ohio State Fair was a Monopoly and from travelling out west looking at calves, there will be plenty of winners this show season.  The price will not be going down any time soon.
