I've already contacted them and they told me to get in touch with the Shorthorn rep. Who then told me that they only dealt with the sale and didn't know anything about it. So oh well I guess..

Another thing that may lead to dystocia in cattle that have faced harsh winters may actually be their lack of feed and forage. Decreased body conditions can lead to increased incidences of dystocia. So there is obviously a happy medium you need to find.. somewhere in between not feeding too much...

Yes that makes perfect sense! That will help make the Golden Flo go farther too, which makes me feel better about it since it is somewhat expensive. I know they say add 6-8oz to the feed.. so would you cut that down to 4 oz or so, with less of the feed & beet pulp? We were trying to feed her 2%...
