    You're gonna have alot of money wrapped up into a cool calf room probably 5000+, Find some used panels or build a room and buy a good refrigeration unit. I know some people who have over 12,000 wrapped up into a cool calf, it's a nice room but i'm very satisfied with what I got.

    you have to mix it with water and shake it really good, if you don't mix enough then it won't suck or it gets plugged and that is not to fun. lately i'e just mixed the conditioner in a pail with water and poured it over there back

    Why would you want to add a water heater??? We live where it is real cold in the winter with alot of snow. My washrack is heated, but hot water on the calves when it's 10-20 degrees outside is just askin to get them sick. I rinse with cold all the time and have never had a problem.
